Abstract:
 
Starting a new business and being a entrepreneurs out of a current organization are the two ways to create wealth. Most companies now are facing with the challenge of creating added value based on the current resources and capabilities, which can only be captured by the ambitious and innovative managers. Thus they can create wealth for the companies. The difficulty of starting a sucessful new company is exactly the same as presenting a new profitable product with the condition of current products and dated business model.
 
白手起家的创业和在现有组织里的企业家精神都是创造新财富的途径和条件。大多数公司都面临在现有的资源与能力基础上创造新价值的挑战，而这些新的商业机会只能被富有远见与抱负以及创新能力的管理者所捕捉，从而为公司创造利益。从现有产品和众所周知的商业模式到推出新产品、创造新盈利的可能性与从零开始的创业一样并不简单。
